A spirited ode to the Caribbean, Bonté is a beachfront restaurant where every day feels like a celebration. Dine on our deck, or barefoot in the sand. You’ll enjoy dishes inspired by St. Lucia, and fresh ingredients sourced from local fishermen and farmers. Think: wood-fired pizzas, shrimp tacos, tuna poke bowls, jerk-spiced chicken wings, and more. Each evening, there’s new energy in the air as live musicians play.

Anytime you need a quick bite on the go, Boopa has you covered with healthy fare, sweet treats and a taste of local history. The resort’s signature grab ‘n go café was named for one of St. Lucia’s most notable residents, a majestic elephant that once wandered Jalousie Bay. Boopa was the island’s only elephant, and he had an appetite for the good things in life — including fresh bread. With a tip of the hat to our jungle friend, the bakery serves fresh baked goods, in addition to globally inspired sandwiches, salads, wraps and smoothies. It’s the perfect spot to pick up coffee and tea. Or indulge your sweet tooth with cupcakes, brownies, cakes and ice cream in locally inspired flavors like lemongrass, and honey and spice. Look for Boopa next to the Kids Club, on the ground floor near the Great House.
Choose your catch of the day from local fisherman and watch it being prepared and finished on the Argentinian grill. In addition to this unique interactive element, you can choose from freshly prepared daily salads, fruits de mer, sharing dishes and an exceptional “butchers cuts” menu.
