Amalfi by Bobby Flay

Experience Bobby Flay's new restaurant at Caesars Palace, Amalfi. Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this is his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi transports guests to the Mediterranean with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors.

Bacchanal Buffet

Bacchanal Buffet features more than 500 items prepared by a team of master chefs in nine globally-inspired open kitchens. This uniquely designed homage to eating offers priceless views of the world-famous Garden of the Gods pool complex from a 25,000 square-foot dining room.

Beijing Noodle 9

Walk through a dramatic entrance flanked by gigantic fishtanks into an authentic taste of Northern Chinese cuisine at Beijing Noodle No. 9, the newest restaurant at Caesars Palace. Beijing Noodle No.9 is the kind of casual noodle shop you'd expect to find on the bustling streets of Shanghai, Hong Kong or Beijing. Under the direction of Executive Chef Li Yu, the kitchen cranks out mouth-watering selections of soup, dim sum, noodle and rice dishes and chef's specialties. Highlights of the menu include Chef's Handmade Noodle with Sliced Pork and Mushroom, Imperial Seafood Soup Dumplings, Pan-Fried Shrimp in Chinese Wine Sauce, Sauteed Diced beef with Macadamia Nuts, Beijing Salt and Pepper Chicken and Chef Yu's live seafood selection. With an inviting and warm atmosphere, extended hours and casual counter seating, Beijing Noodle No. 9 is the perfect spot for an authentic taste of the Orient, day or night.

Open now, Brasserie B by Bobby Flay offers delicious and distinct French-inspired dishes for brunch, lunch and dinner.

Brioche by Guy Savoy

Michelin-starred chef Guy Savoy brings you fast, fresh food at Brioche. The shop serves the namesake flaky French pastry in sweet and savory varieties, as well as baguette sandwiches, breakfast items and more.

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill

The 290-seat Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is the most authentic English pub experience in Las Vegas, as only a native UK chef can provide. The space is comprised of two unique restaurants in one, a mix conceptualized by the award-winning "Hell's Kitchen" host and chef Gordon Ramsay. Its location is near The Colosseum, Forum Shops entrance and self-parking garage. The centerpiece of the restaurant is a striking bar with an array of beer taps and a backdrop reminiscent of iconic British telephone booths. A patio area extends the restaurant toward the casino floor where guests can be part of the action. A series of casual dining rooms and a private dining room give guests a variety of culinary experiences to fit any mood.

Hell's Kitchen

Located in front of Caesars Palace, the restaurant seats more than 300 guests including two chef's tables, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the famous Las Vegas Strip, red and blue design details in the show kitchen, a private dining room and a contemporary bar serving the latest trends in mixology. The Red and Blue kitchens serve up modern lunch and dinner menus including Hell's Kitchen signature dishes made with the highest quality ingredients.

NOBU Restaurant

The highly acclaimed Nobu brand brings the world's largest Nobu Restaurant space to Caesars Palace Las Vegas in the heart of Nobu Hotel. The 11,200 square foot dining area and adjacent lounge features a sushi bar, private dining area and circular central bar. It's also the only U.S. Nobu offering teppan tables.

With a menu that pleases the most sophisticated of palates, feast on imported Asian and Japanese fish, imported seafood, sushi rolls and exotic delicacies.

There are always delicious surprises in store when perusing the Nobu menu. Indulge in everything from its exclusive truffle tasting experience menu to its imported A5 Japanese Wagyu Banquet prepared on Teppanyaki tables. The most popular dish is the signature black cod with sweet miso in a bite size piece over garlic chips and ginger in a butter lettuce cup.

Socialize and be seen in the stylish Nobu Lounge, great for cocktails, dates and large parties. The exclusive lounge menu features appetizing items not available at other Nobu locations, and available only after the main dining room closes. In the mood for sake? Nobu stocks three rare sakes from Japan's Hokusetsu brewery on Sado Island, one of which is made by hand and goes through a slow drip process.

Pronto by Giada

Buon appetito! Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis brings her signature Italian fare with California influences to Pronto by Giada. This fast, casual restaurant serves everything from pastries to paninis as well as coffee and cocktails.

Pronto by Giada, which is normally used to provide the Continental Breakfast for our guests, is only open on Saturday and Sunday temporarily and can be continued to be used for Continental Breakfast on those days. For all other days, opportunities for Continental Breakfast are being offered at Starbucks or Brioche by Guy Savoy. Please note that Café Americano is not included in the breakfast credit as this space is leased from Caesars Palace.
